Why am I doing a Ski Season?

I’ve been in my current job with an international multi-billion dollar company for 5 years and as a thank you for staying that long, they offered me an extra 4 weeks paid holiday, so this year I got 11 weeks holidays instead of 7… I know, sweet!

So, I decided to take the opportunity that Ski Instructor Academy offers without leaving my job. However, the more I thought about skiing, the more I wanted to change my career and as such, I have now decided to leave my job and the country I love living in (Ireland) to move to Austria for one season at first, then I will decide what’s next. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I may not get another like this again so I thought… why not?!
So, why did I choose to trust Ski Instructor Academy with my dream? Last year, I met two instructors while I was skiing in Zell am See who had completed a course with SIA in and they both highly recommended the course and the training academy. I compared them with other companies, called, emailed and met up with them and SIA came across by far the nicest, most professional and best value of them all. They have built an excellent reputation and relationships with ski schools and resorts across Austria which shows how great the guys are and with their experience I could not hope for better than them, especially at the price they offer.

I cannot wait to start the course, improve my own techniques and teach people (especially kids), this is definitely the best job in the world and my colleagues are all very envious of me doing this.
