For many of us heading to Argentina for the summer is a once in a lifetime experience and one which we guarantee you will remember forever. Our Bariloche course is tailored to ensure you make the most of your time here whether it be on the slopes during your training or in the town on your time off. The town with almost 110,000 permanent residence is situated on the breathtaking glacial lake of Nahuel Huapi and near to the foothills of the Andes. Bariloche is really more like a city than a town and is a magnet for ski and snowboard fiends! The most well known ski resort in Argentina is only 10km from the local Airport and our private transport will see you on the slopes each day faster than you can say “has anyone seen my other glove?”
A large and modern ski resort with something on offer for everyone, Bariloche is the epicentre of South American skiing! It is also the chocolate capital of Argentina with many chocolatiers, Bariloche has lots of restaurants and cafes to enjoy the famous Patagonian cuisine, The Argentinian steaks are second to none and best of all, the price of eating and drinking can be great for those on a budget. As a popular holiday destination for Brazilian school leavers, some of the biggest names in clubbing are prevalent in Bariloche offering some of the greatest aprés ski in the world.

SLOPES
Cerro Catedral with a skiable area of 120km, 39 lifts with a capacity of 35,000 skiers per hour makes it one of the biggest ski centers in South America. The magnificent view of the Nahuel Huapi lake dominates the backdrop from the summit at 2100m. The average snowfall is 300cm per season promoting incredible on and off-piste possibilities… Welcome to the only Austrian Ski Instructor program in the Southern Hemisphere!
ACTIVITIES
When it comes to looking for things to do in your time off from training then Bariloche has it all! Adventure tours, day trips or city sightseeing. If you need some inspiration, then check this out;
NIGHTLIFE
Bariloche has banging nightlife, and if you intend to see it through to the end, then forget about making the first lifts the next day! The real action doesn’t get started until after midnight and peaks at about 3am so best save the big nights out for your days off. Bariloche has various clubs where you can get sweaty until the wee hours and includes a world famous Pacha Club.
For après or early evening drinks and meals then Bariloche has lots of bars, pubs, microbreweries and restaurants. Thanks to the Swiss influence there are fondue restaurants such as La Alpina and some awesome chocolatiers. Rodeo is a fabulous bar and parrilla where meat lovers can pig out in a frenzied fashion. Bariloche has a full international vibe and there are flavours from every corner of the globe to be sampled.
ACCOMMODATION

Breakfast is included 7 days per week and evening meals included 5 days per week, giving you time to sample some of the world class restaurants on offer in the town. You can also relax and unwind in the heated pool and hot tub after a hard day on the slopes!
