As Canada’s largest truly ski in/ski out resort, there is a sizeable reputation to live up to, which Big White takes to new levels. The centre of Big White is also the centre of the village. Pisted runs encasing the village and allowing skiers and snowboarders to get access to all that Big White has to offer at ease. Rarely do you find an example of a ski resort with true ski and snowboard accessibility around the resort and village.

Big White is a perfect example of a completely natural playground. Steeps, groomers, off piste, glades, bumps, rollers, various groomed and power bowls, Big White has it all and more.

With 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, over 100km of runs to explore and an average snowfall of  27ft per year, Big White is a resort not to be ignored.

When the sun sets in Big White that does not mean the day is coming to an end, but rather another awesome part of Big White comes alive!

Big White may have a reputation as the family-friendly Canadian ski resort but don’t be deceived, there is more to Big White than meets the eye. Snowshoe Sam’s is THE go to bar for many, an establishment regularly voted as the NUMBER 1 APRÈS SKI BAR IN THE WHOLE OF NORTH AMERICA…so need we say anymore?? It’s a fantastic venue with regular live bands, bar games and endless entertainment throughout the winter season, and that is just 1 of the many great bars that make up the apres scene in Big White.

So select your watering hole, grab your friends and get involved. Big White really does come alive at night.
